It is a Technical Support Policy where we receive your requests and resolve them remotely, we keep track of the status if it is pending, if it is necessary to scale it up to its correct solution.
Main support activities: Configuration of printers, installation of programs, update of JAVA for government portals, logical maintenance, virus scanning.
If your company has support staff, we can then follow up on the requests, channel them to your second level work team and verify that the service is successfully closed.
Delivery of a monthly report of activities and performance metrics in care of incidents and effectiveness of technicians is included.
